EnkaStrip 9239 - 12" x 100' (Pallet of 6 rolls)

ENKA®Strip 9239 is a 12-inch-wide strip drain and ventilation mat built from a 0.9-inch-thick polyamide 6 entangled filament core, fully encased in a nonwoven heat-bonded geotextile. With 95% open air space, it moves air and water far more efficiently than an equivalent depth of aggregate — in one flexible roll that installs in a fraction of the time. EnkaStrip 9239 replaces both EnkaVent 9323 and EnkaTurf Drain 9323.

Radon Venting Applications
As a sub-slab depressurization layer, EnkaStrip 9239 creates a continuous high-flow air channel beneath the slab, tying soil gas into the vent riser and replacing the clean gravel layer normally required for a passive or active radon system. The high-flow core reduces radon levels by up to 97%, and compressive strength is sufficient to carry the load of a 12-inch concrete slab.

Turf and Field Drainage Applications
For synthetic turf, sports fields, and landscape work, EnkaStrip 9239 installs horizontally beneath the turf system — typically on 15-foot centers, pitched to a perimeter collector. The geotextile jacket filters soil, sand, and aggregate so base material can be placed directly over the drain without clogging, and the core supports up to 10,000 psf.
