It includes an ASSE Standard 1060 compliant drain flap to meet safety standards. To ensure freeze protection, pairing with Chromalox Heat Cable #30 is recommended, providing 90W of heating power. Constructed from marine-grade aluminum and insulated with polyisocyanurate foam board, it also has a glass fiber reinforced facer on each side, making it both durable and secure against vandalism.
