This insulated well pump cover is built around a closed-cell urethane foam core rated at approximately R-7. It traps ground and equipment heat around the pump, wellhead, and pressure tank, protecting against freeze damage through cold snaps from the southern Carolinas to the upper Midwest. The insulation is wrapped in a layered fiberglass shell and finished in a 20-mil pigmented gelcoat that never needs painting. It comes in four sizes.

This insulated well pump cover puts a closed-cell urethane foam core (approximately R-7) between the cold and your pump, wellhead, and pressure tank. That insulation traps ground and equipment heat around the equipment, protecting against freeze damage across a wide climate range — while the layered fiberglass shell and 20-mil pigmented gelcoat stand up to UV, weather, and the everyday abuse of being out in the yard without ever needing paint.
Four sizes cover everything from a single wellhead with a compact pump up to larger wellhead, tank, and pump groupings. Snap-tight construction means no fasteners are required for routine service — lift it off, work the pump, set it back down. No anchoring hardware is needed for normal use; the shell's weight and shape hold it in place.
